Today I was lucky enough to be invited to attend the University of Salford’s annual Teaching Leadership Stars event, in recognition of the success of the Digital Video Production and Marketing BA in last year’s National Student Survey results.
The event took place at the Salford Museum Cafe, and Programme Leaders from across the whole university who were in the top subject areas in NSS scores for teaching excellence. Obviously it was lovely to be invited to this, to take a moment at the end of the year to reflect on all we have achieved with the course so far, but also to meet with other colleagues and hear about the very different successes and challenges they face.
Now we move on to 2025 and start thinking about the next one… and hopefully some even more impressive results!
